Christmas time is full of delicious food which can make us feel left out of the celebrations. There isn’t much we can do about our food restrictions, but we can still have a wonderful celebration.

This collection of recipes will cover your meal with stuffing for your chicken, various salads and desserts. If you are having a hot meal, serve with low salicylate vegetables instead of the salads if you prefer.

There are also recipes especially for children... to make this time exciting for them... simply using components we use everyday in a Christmassy way...

Failsafe to Healing Workbook

This workbook is designed to help you move from low chemical/ failsafe foods to healing foods. It will help you look at your current meals and work out where you can start to incorporate healing foods.

My family were very sensitive and so I made the transition from low chemical to wholefoods and healing, very slowly. You can read about the process we used on our story to healing Over this year I have been running cooking classes to help others with this and thought I would put together a booklet so those who can’t come to class can do it too.

I chose to look at the GAPS diet as it heals and so the healing foods I have listed here come from there:

coconut oil, broth, fermented vegetables and drinks

The first half of the workbook will look at your current meals, the rest of the booklet has some transition recipes that my family used. The recipes are written with instructions for using the Thermomix.

Remember baby steps... dip your toe into the healing pond and enjoy the benefits!

Welcome to my Grain Free book. This has been such an exciting adventure.

This book is full of all my experiments into healing. Instructions are written for the Thermomix but can be adapted to use a food processor.

This is a very basic collection... simple recipes that you can modify to suit your changes in tolerance. Initially if you are on a low salicylate and amine diet, you can use low to moderate fruits and vegetables in your cooking. As healing comes and tolerance improves, you can start to add in other foods.

The recipes are grain free but do not align with a particular diet. If you are currently following the GAPS diet, please be aware some ingredients may not be suitable for you.

Recipes are free from gluten and refined sugar. Some use eggs and nuts. There are many options using coconut flour. They are free from dairy in general, however some use Ghee.

Welcome to the world of healing... ENJOY!

Recipes are free from gluten, grains, refined sugar, nuts; most are dairy free, some use Ghee; some will be free from eggs. They are not low in salicylates and amines and so are not suitable for the RPAH Elimination or Failsafe diet.

Here is a simple collection of grain free baking to help you pack something healthy and healing in your child's lunchbox. Everything is free of nuts as that is now a requirement at most Australian schools.

I focus on using coconut flour which is tricky to bake with and takes some time to master.

Balance their lunch box with some protein, some vegetables, some fruit and some baked treats.
